Returns and Cancellations Policy

Cancellations must be made before 12:00 noon on the day AFTER the order is placed. Cancellation requests must be sent to the email address specified in your order confirmation, or the contact form on our website, and must include the order number. Refunds will be returned by the original method of payment.

Returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact us on via email or the contact form on our website to explain the issue with the order and to arrange the return. The order number must be included in the email.

Returns must be received in their original condition and in original packaging with no signs of opening/tampering. Returns can be made in person at one of our shops, or via post. The cost of postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable method of postage is used, with a courier who accepts alcohol deliveries, and that proof of postage is retained until the refund is received.

Original postage costs will not be refunded, unless there is an issue with the order i.e. the goods are faulty. Once returned goods have been received and their condition approved, refunds will be returned by the original method of payment.
