Cancellation requests must be sent to the email address specified in your order confirmation, or the <a href=\"https:\/\/firebrickbrewery.com\/#contact\"><strong>contact form<\/strong><\/a> on our website, and must include the order number. Refunds will be returned by the original method of payment.<\/p>\n<p>Returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact us on via email or the <a href=\"https:\/\/firebrickbrewery.com\/#contact\"><strong>contact form<\/strong><\/a> on our website to explain the issue with the order and to arrange the return. The order number must be included in the email.<\/p>\n<p>Returns must be received in their original condition and in original packaging with no signs of opening\/tampering. Returns can be made in person at one of our shops, or via post. The cost of postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable method of postage is used, with a courier who accepts alcohol deliveries, and that proof of postage is retained until the refund is received.<\/p>\n<p>Original postage costs will not be refunded, unless there is an issue with the order i.e. the goods are faulty.
