Description: An alluring deeply coloured wine with a nose full of black fruit and brooding aromas of smoky liquorice. The texture is remarkable, all velvet and silk, and the palate of black currant sweetness carries hints of chocolate, spice and roasted plums. This wine goes on and on, filling out, but stays beautifully balanced, and always with structure and a lovely acidity.
